Daniel Weston is a Partner in the CMS London Corporate Group, specialising in Private Equity and M&A.
He advises Private Equity sponsors, management teams, corporates and other investors on a wide range of cross-border acquisitions, investments, disposals/exits, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and other Private Equity portfolio company matters.
Daniel’s recent experience includes acting on a number of transactions in the Professional Services, Healthcare and Leisure sectors.
