Alan was made partner in May 2014.

Alan is client relationship partner at CMS for the Columbia Threadneedle, Life Science REIT and Block Industrial relationships.

Alan acts for a mix of small and large funds, property investment and development clients. His experience includes investment sales and purchases (both funded and un-funded), forward-funding and mixed-use development, property management and general landlord and tenant work. He has been personally involved in over £3 billion of investment transactions over the last 3 years and been recognised as leading individual by the Legal 500 publication in 2022.
