Career

Angelika Szufel is a Polish-qualified advocate advising on the development of infrastructure projects, including ones carried out in compliance with the requirements of public procurement law and in the PPP formula. She has been involved in projects implemented in the energy, railway and air transport industries, as well as the public utilities sector. Angelika has advised public entities on major infrastructure investments related to the construction of railway stations. She has also handled train supply contracts and assisted clients in the organisation of procedures, including the drafting of a public procurement contract to select a contractor for one of the largest power units in Europe, and providing advice at the contract delivery stage.

Angelika also has expertise in providing comprehensive advice on transactions and projects in the renewable energy market. She also advises business entities on the implementation of regulatory guidelines related to the European Green Deal and ESG reporting (sustainability indicators).

Angelika was recognised in the “Rising Stars Lawyers – leaders of tomorrow” Ranking of Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, a leading Polish daily newspaper in 2020.
