Member of Côte d’Ivoire Bar and holder of a PHD in private tax law (corporate taxation), DIARRASSOUBA Aboubakar-Sidiki is a Partner at CLKA and the head of the Tax, Customs and International Trade Department.
His practice focuses on corporate and real estate taxation. He has extensive experience in tax structuring for local and international clients and is recognized for his expertise in tax litigation.
He has also developed expertise in the taxation of mergers and acquisitions, investment fund structuring and private equity investment structures.
