Rodrigo co-chairs our M&A practice. He has vast experience in complex transactions with a cross-border focus in a wide array of industries such as manufacturing, mining, services, retail, sports, etc.
His practice includes public and private take overs, complex shareholders agreements and disputes, whether within public or private companies, and advises Boards in matters of Corporate Governance.
He regularly advises minority and majority shareholders or controllers, board members and third parties in arbitrations and disputes in connection with Corporations and Securities Laws.
Rodrigo is a trusted advisor for domestic and International companies, with a special focus in Brasil, Asia and the United States.
