A recent work highlight saw the group advise financial entities Exitus Control and Financiera G. Enterprise on the acquisition of 100% of the capital stock of CEGE Capital, a SOFOM dedicated to providing consumer loans. The practice is co-led by Michell Nader and Julián Garza. Nader’s broad practice takes in structured and acquisition finance, banking, M&A, capital markets and real estate; Garza, in turn, is highly specialised in banking and finance, M&A and capital markets, along with project finance.
