Career

Valentina focuses her practice on matters of labor law and social security, providing advice on collective bargaining processes, union matters, labor mediations, inspection processes, hiring and termination of employment, labor audits, immigration law, administrative and corporate law, among other subjects. In addition, she has experience in labor lawsuits, including lawsuits involving violation of fundamental rights, anti-union practices, unfair dismissals, work accidents, and occupational diseases.

She returned to Morales & Besa in 2022. Previously, she served as Head of the Labor Relations Department (Division) of the National Labor Board (“Dirección del Trabajo”). There she was in charge of all union issues and collective bargaining at the national level. Likewise, she served as Regional Labor Director of the Eastern Metropolitan Region, where she was in charge of the 10 Communal / Provincial Inspections of her Jurisdiction, she carried out various inspections of Companies and participated as a mediator in various collective bargaining processes. Along with the previous positions, Valentina, was appointed as National Director of Labor Board (S) during the vacancy of the incumbent.
