Current Partner at Magliona Abogados. From 1998-2002 and 2006 Mr. Magliona worked as an associate with Carey y Cia’s Banking and Financial Group, where he headed transactions such as D&S Debt Restructure (CH$120.000.000.000) and the Foreign Credit Agreement from San Paolo Imi to Banco del Desarrollo (US$100.000.000). From 2003 to 2005 Mr. Magliona worked as a foreign attorney with Greenberg Glusker’s Intellectual Property and Technology Group (part of Neff Law Group Merger), Los Angeles, CA. During that time he also was legal advisor to the Latin America Committee of the Business Software Alliance (BSA), Washington, D.C. and BSA country manager in Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Peru and Venezuela.

Claudio Magliona has an extensive practice in corporate and financing, technology law, telecommunications, intellectual and industrial property and entertainment law, including corporate structures, mergers and acquisitions, financing and syndicated loan agreements, licensing and software development agreements, franchising, data protection, computer crimes and film distribution, production and financing.
