Michael has a comprehensive corporate and securities practice, regularly advising leading companies and global businesses on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, as well as continuous disclosure, stock exchange matters and shareholder arrangements.
As the head of Torys’ Mining and Metals Practice, Michael has extensive experience in the areas of public and private equity, streaming and royalty finance and M&A in the mining sector. He works regularly with domestic companies and offshore clients investing in Canadian resource companies.
