Career

Co-leader of the firm’s financial services practice, Patrick Brennan acts in asset-based financing and leasing, personal property security, debt restructuring, aircraft acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing, inventory financing, commercial transactions and aviation law. Primarily, he acts for airlines, oilfield service companies, oil and gas companies, manufacturers, borrowers, banks and other financial institutions. Pat is an internationally recognized leading practitioner in aviation law, banking, finance, equipment financing and business law and is regularly invited to speak at seminars and conferences dealing with personal property security and aircraft financing and leasing. He is also active in many community and church activities and coaches minor hockey and soccer.
