Perle Berthelot joined Ogletree Deakins in March 2025.

Perle advises French and international companies on various aspects of employment law, both individual and collective, and assists them in related litigation. She also assists with employment audits in the context of mergers and acquisitions.

Perle also assists in the management of restructuring projects and staff transfers. She advises companies in France on reorganisation issues and the implementation of collective redundancy plans.

Prior to joining Ogletree Deakins, Perle worked for two years in the employment department of a full-service law firm in Paris. Prior to that, she completed a PPI internship in the banking sector.
