The five-member dispute resolution practice at Urenda, Rencoret, Orrego y Dörr has substantial experience in construction disputes involving proceedings before the General Comptroller of the Republic and Municipalities. The litigation team also acts in disputes concerning real estate, unfair competition, contract breaches, torts, consumer protection, water rights, and matters before Chile’s Courts of Appeals and Supreme Court.
