Prieto Abogados’ ‘labour practice stands out for its knowledge’. The firm’s seven-strong labour, employment and immigration practice has notable experience in labour litigation, corporate-related labour advice, collective bargaining and immigration. It also includes sector experts in energy, mining, facilities, gaming, ports, tourism, retail, insurance, construction, finance and healthcare. The group is led by Christian von Bergen, an adviser to major companies on human resources strategies, collective bargaining and labour litigation. Providing key support, labour and social security specialist Cristóbal Raby is ‘an excellent lawyer with great resolution skills’; and Valentina Flen (raised to counsel in early 2024) heads the firm’s immigration practice. At associate level, Kilian Vargas‘ workload encompasses labour litigation, social security, immigration and individual and collective law.
