Cristóbal Raby has been a partner in Prieto since 2019. He joined the firm in 2008.
He is part of the firm’s Labor team and is involved in the judicial defense of its clients in labor matters. He counsels national and international clients on labor and social security matters, in both individual and collective labor law, and has participated in several collective bargaining processes. He earned a law degree from the Universidad de Los Andes in 2006.
He did his internship in the Legal Assistance Corporation of Santiago, receiving maximum qualifications. He was a Civil Law assistant in the Universidad de Los Andes (2012-2014).
