His practice is focused on advice regarding hiring and termination of personnel, compensatory structures for local employed-earners and expatriates, labor audits, trade union conflicts, collective wage negotiations, complex terminations and high profile lawsuits of his specialty.
He also has a solid experience in the labor, social security regime as well as in the hiring of professional soccer players. He has completed different refresher courses in the Argentine Association of Labor and Social Security Law and in the Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires.
