The multidisciplinary team also assists with all related tax, labour, regulatory and commercial matters. José Agustín Preciado, who is skilled in M&A and real estate transactions, leads the team with Juan Pablo Fábrega, whose broad practice also takes in the incorporation and structuring of Panamanian corporations, while Gretel Ciniglio focuses on advising high-net-worth families.
