Michael is a finance and investment funds specialist. He has over 20 years of post qualification experience. Michael has advised on the formation of numerous private equity funds across Africa including but not limited to funds domiciled in South Africa, Rwanda, Namibia, Mauritius, Cayman Islands, Luxembourg and Guernsey. Michael’s clients include general partners as well as investors such as Development Finance Institutions, pension funds, family offices and corporates.
