Shelagh specialises in private equity transactional work and has extensive experience in corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, migrations and corporate structuring work. Prior to joining Webber Wentzel in 2022, Shelagh worked for a global law firm in Luxembourg where she completed three secondments to the EQT Group, (a global investment organisation) and worked in the Private Equity Investment team as well as the Infrastructure and Real Assets Investment team.
