Neerasha specialises in mergers and acquisitions, general corporate transactions, insolvency, general commercial aviation, as well as aviation finance. She has done extensive work relating to the interpretation and application of consumer protection laws across various industries for clients ranging from producers and manufacturers to importers, distributors and retailers. She has also acted in numerous commercial and aviation transactions in South Africa.

Prior to joining Webber Wentzel, she clerked for Justice Yacoob at the Constitutional Court of South Africa.

The shipping practice at Webber Wentzel has extensive experience in advising on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious maritime work.
