Matthew Arrumm is a senior associate in Bowmans’ Nairobi office. He has extensive experience acting on a broad range of project, energy and infrastructure as well as corporate and commercial transactions. He also has a strong background in banking and project finance matters and a rapidly developing environment, natural resources, climate change and carbon contracts practice. His transactional experience covers corporate, finance, public-private partnerships, syndicated lending, debt and equity capital markets, project finance and regulatory compliance. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya, a member of the Law Society of Kenya and the East African Law Society. He has an LLB (Hons) from the Catholic University of Eastern Africa, an MBA from the United States International University – Africa and a Postgraduate Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.
