Vruti Shah is a partner in Bowmans’ Nairobi M&A and Projects Practice. She specialises in mergers and acquisitions (public and private), corporate and business restructuring, corporate and commercial transactions, the establishment of joint ventures, capital raisings (debt and equity) and regulatory law. She advises various institutional investors, private equity funds, large corporates and various family businesses. Vruti is admitted as an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and is an associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She has an LLB from the University of London and graduated cum laude in the Legal Practice Course from Nottingham Law School.
