Keshni Naicker is a partner in Bowmans’ Johannesburg office Employment and Benefits Practice. She has extensive experience conducting investigations and assisting clients with disciplinary procedures. Keshni also advises clients on collective bargaining, effective strike management, review of arbitration awards, urgent applications, restructuring exercises, retrenchments and urgent applications. Her expertise extends to drafting, updating and revising employment policies, procedures and contracts, and conducting training. She has an LLB from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, is a member of the South African Society for Labour Law (SASLAW) and is the Vice President of the African Labour Law Society. Keshni has also completed a commercial mediator skills training course and is a Conflict Dynamics-accredited mediator.
