Rosalind Davey is a partner in Bowmans’ Johannesburg office Employment and Benefits Practice. Her experience in employment litigation includes urgent applications, interdicts, reviews, dismissal disputes, arbitrations and general litigation. She also has experience in non-litigious employment law matters and matters of a commercial nature with employment implications, such as strategic planning, restructuring and outsourcing. Rosalind’s expertise extends to social media law, including social media policies and training the risks of social media in the workplace. Rosalind acts as a Judge in the Labour Court and is an author. Rosalind has BA and LLB degrees from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and is a member of the International Bar Association and the South African Society of Labour Law.
