Career

Kelly Wright is a partner in Bowmans’ Johannesburg office Tax Practice. She regularly advises on a wide range of tax issues for domestic and multinational groups. She has a specific interest in structuring merger and acquisition transactions and has advised on some of the largest debt and group reorganisations in South Africa. She has an LLB from the University of Witwatersrand (cum laude) and a Higher Diploma in Tax (cum laude) from the University of Johannesburg. She has also completed a certificate course in Advanced Company Law at the University of Witwatersrand and is a registered tax practitioner.
