Career

Carmine Boskovich is the co-leader of the Real Estate Law practice group. She advises commercial and industrial real estate clients on major transactions as well as on day-to-day issues. She is also a member of the firm’s Indigenous group and the Mergers & Acquisitions group.

Carmine provides practical advice on major real estate acquisitions and development, infrastructure projects and asset-based commercial transactions. Carmine works with many privately held and publicly listed clients, including Fortis BC, Lafarge Canada, Teck Resources, Polaris Materials and Canadian Pacific Railway.
