Miguel Moisés focuses his practice on banking and finance, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and real estate matters. He is experienced in representing lenders and borrowers in structured financings, bilateral and syndicated loans, and in the financing of industrial, commercial and housing real estate projects. For his part, Moisés handles structured financings, bilateral and syndicated loans, project finance and corporate matters. David Argueta, who was promoted to the partnership in January 2023, focuses his practice on capital markets and financing transactions, as well as general corporate matters.
