The group is regularly instructed by banks, funds, insurance companies, institutional investors and non-bank financial institutions, as well as private and public companies. The practice is co-led by Rodrigo Orozco Waters and the ‘excellent professional’ and ‘always attentive’ Miguel Moisés. For his part, Moisés handles structured financings, bilateral and syndicated loans, project finance and corporate matters. David Argueta, who was promoted to the partnership in January 2023, focuses his practice on capital markets and financing transactions, as well as general corporate matters. Prominent senior figure Juan Manuel González, who majors on the financing of energy and infrastructure projects, is an additional key contact. At senior associate level, Ana Acosta handles capital markets and corporate mandates, as well as financing transactions; while Paulina García de León (who can draw on extensive in-house experience) covers banking and finance, corporate, compliance and financial regulatory matters.
