Career
Gregory Fishman is the Co-Managing Shareholder of Greenberg Traurig’s Los Angeles office and Co-Chair of the firm’s Los Angeles Real Estate Practice. He represents public and private real estate companies, institutional investors, investment advisors, and financial institutions in connection with acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, ground leasing, financing, leasing and development across all property types, both domestically and internationally, including multi-family, student housing, office, medical office, seniors housing, self-storage, industrial, retail and hospitality.
Greg’s finance related work spans the representation of both financial institutions and borrowers in connection with construction, mezzanine and general secured real estate financings, including loan workouts and restructurings. Greg also represents real estate Fund sponsors and investors in connection with the sponsorship, formation and investment in real estate funds focusing on domestic and cross-border investments.
Additionally, Greg represents restaurant groups in connection with brand acquisition, investment and capital-raising, intellectual property and leasing of space.
