Thomas van der Vliet is a Co-Managing Shareholder of the Amsterdam office and Co-Chair of the firm’s Global Tax Practice. As attorney-at-law, he focuses his practice on international tax structuring related to domestic and cross-border M&A projects, fund structuring and corporate restructurings.
