Michael Weinberger is a partner based in the New York office. Mr. Weinberger’s practice focuses on real estate law, with a particular focus on real estate finance, workouts, restructurings and commercial mortgage securitization. Mr. Weinberger also served as law clerk to the Honorable Leonard Garth of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
