Júlio César Bueno leads Pinheiro Neto’s Litigation Department. He has extensive experience in judicial and arbitral disputes.

Júlio advises Brazilian and international corporations, financial institutions, and sponsors in the structuring, development, and construction of projects in the energy, steel, mining, and port sectors, including with respect to construction law , EPC, O&M and Alliance agreements for a wide range of projects such as pulp mills, Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) plants, nuclear, carbon-based, green hydrogen and hydroelectric power plants, wind farms, and solar plants.
