Gilberto Giusti represents Brazilian and international clients in complex and high-profile disputes, including domestic and cross-border litigations and arbitrations, civil, commercial, corporate and securities law.
Gilberto was one of the few Brazilian individuals to serve as a Board member of some of the most prestigious arbitration institutions worldwide: the American Arbitration Association – AAA, the London Court of International Arbitration – LCIA, and the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution – CPR.
Giusti serves as Chair of the Arbitration Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Chapter.
He was a foreign associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton, New York – 1992.
