Fernanda Piva focuses on reorganization and bankruptcy, representing relevant creditors and investors in landmark reorganization proceedings, dealing with a wide range of complex matters – from negotiations between creditors and debtors to DIP Financings and distressed M&As.
In 2019, Fernanda was invited to integrate the NextGen Group of the Turnaround Management Association – TMA Brazil. Fernanda is also a bankruptcy and reorganization professor at IBMEC São Paulo, in the LLM Program, and Vice-President of the Bankruptcy and Restructuring Committee of the São Paulo Lawyers Institute (IASP).
