Arantxa Fernandez Chang is an associate at Morgan & Morgan and works in the firm’s Corporate Law Department.

Before joining our legal team, Ms. Fernandez gained experience in the Legal department of a U.S. investment management organization, where she was engaged in private equity investigations and other related matters. She also interned in the Corporate Law Department of Morgan & Morgan (2017-2020), providing legal assistance in corporate, administrative, and due diligence matters.

Ms. Fernandez obtained an LL.B. (Magna Cum Laude) from Universidad Santa Maria La Antigua in Panama and studied a certificate program in Capital Markets from the same university.
