Justin Turc is an associate in the Labour and Employment Group in Calgary and advises employers on a range of human resources issues, including employment contracts, workplace policies, terminations, occupational health and safety incidents, diversity and inclusion, disability management, and workplace investigations.

Justin is frequently engaged as a subject matter specialist on corporate transactions and to assist employers with human rights complaints, wrongful dismissal lawsuits, disputes over restrictive covenants, arbitrations, and matters before the Alberta Labour Relations Board.
