Mike Klaus is a partner at Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP, where he represents tax equity investors, lenders and sponsors in the acquisition, development and financing of renewable energy projects. Mike has represented the tax equity investors in the financing of several of the largest solar projects in the United States, including solar projects with battery storage facilities. Prior to joining Hunton in 2014, Mike was the lead attorney on the business development team at SunEdison, which was one of the world’s largest solar project developers at the time.
