Juan is a partner in the firm’s Miami office specializing in labor and employment issues. Juan regularly represents domestic and international clients in discrimination and harassment lawsuits, wage and hour collective actions, and enforcement of non-competition agreements. He also counsels domestic and international clients on employment, labor, and commercial issues. Juan has conducted internal investigations related to allegations filed against company executives. He performs confidential investigations for clients across numerous national and multi-national industries including banking, finance, and entertainment. Juan has led cutting-edge representation in high-profile and novel class action litigation involving the intersection of immigration and civil rights laws. He has experience in international litigation and defense of class actions, especially in employment cases. He also has experience litigating and trying unfair labor charges before administrative law judges and handling appeals before the National Labor Relations Board. Juan is a thought leader locally in Southern Florida and nationwide, presenting, speaking and writing on current labor and employment legal topics and class action litigation.
