Eric is a debt finance lawyer who represents both lenders and borrowers in commercial financing matters across a broad range of industries and asset classes, with a particular focus on energy and renewable assets, including solar and wind, and tax equity financing, and the transfer of tax credits pursuant to Section 6418 of the Code. Representative matters include negotiating senior revolving credit facilities for publicly-traded utilities, and counseling lead arrangers on credit facilities to develop, construct and operate wind, solar and other renewable projects across the country.
