Anne Gibbons focuses her practice on energy project financings, particularly those involving renewable energy sources. She has worked on a number of renewable energy projects involving wind and solar power throughout the country, including complex transactions involving back-leverage financings, tax equity financings, inverted leases, holdco and mezzanine financings, portfolio financings, and bridge financings for the Investment Tax Credit. Anne also has experience with investment grade lending, asset and cash flow based revolving credit facilities, and senior and mezzanine term lending.
