Anne Vallery and Hans-Georg Kamann co-head the team; Vallery is a go-to for clients in the telecommunications sector and Kamann, who works across Brussels and Frankfurt, is sought after for his expertise as a litigator. Frédéric Louis and Cormac O’Daly are also recommended, and Christian Duvernoy  retired in January 2024.

WilmerHale frequently acts in constitutional and administrative law proceedings at European level and also offers its client base, which consists of large industrial companies and public sector clients, interface expertise in data protection and competition law; for issues at the latter intersection, the practice regularly cooperates with its Brussels office.
