Career
Ramona Y. Nee is Co-Managing Partner of Weil, Co-Head of the Firm’s U.S. Private Equity practice and Co-Managing Partner of the Boston office. Her practice is focused on private equity and corporate transactions, including leveraged buyouts, minority investments and mergers & acquisitions. Ramona represents various private equity firms and growth equity funds, as well as their portfolio companies. She also counsels clients with respect to general corporate matters, including with respect to numerous joint ventures, strategic matters and corporate governance. She regularly represents some of the country’s leading private equity firms and their portfolio companies, including Advent International, Astorg, EQT, Providence Equity Partners, OMERS Private Equity and TruArc Partners, among others.
