Career
Jackie Cohen is a partner in Weil’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and represents public and private companies in connection with complex domestic and cross border M&A. She also has a deep expertise advising on SPAC transactions. Jackie advises on a broad range of corporate and securities matters, including corporate governance, disclosure issues and integration matters as well as defensive measures and takeover tactics. Her clients include or have included Avista, Cardtronics, EO Charging, Fortress, Jack Creek, Magellan, Marquee Raine, Mudrick Capital and Skillsoft Corp., among others.
