Career
Stacy Nettleton is a partner in Weil’s Securities Litigation practice. She focuses on litigation of securities, derivative, M&A, and complex business matters in both federal and state trial and appellate courts, and before arbitration panels. Some of Ms. Nettleton’s notable experience includes representing AIG in litigations and regulatory and congressional inquiries arising from the financial crisis, and Signet Jewelers in a series of high-profile securities and derivative litigations. Some of her other clients include GE, CBS, Morgan Stanley, and the Campbell Soup Company.
