Rob Stern is a partner in Weil’s Securities Litigation practice. He is a first-chair trial lawyer with a demonstrated track record of achieving outstanding results for financial services institutions, Fortune 100 companies, officers and directors of public companies, and accounting firms, handling many of the most complex civil and governmental matters. For more than two decades, Rob has played lead roles in resolving some of the most consequential, high-profile civil securities litigation and criminal and civil government enforcement probes targeting the business community. He has also litigated dozens of securities and commodities class actions and the parallel SEC, CFTC, PCAOB and/or criminal enforcement matters that accompany them.
