John’s corporate practice focuses primarily on private equity investments and mergers and acquisitions. He is experienced in advising clients in making energy investments in the upstream and midstream sectors.
John represents some of the leading private equity and energy companies in the world, including Apollo Global Management, Pioneer Natural Resources, Oaktree Capital Management and TPG Capital. He has worked on a wide array of transactions in the energy sector, including upstream and midstream joint ventures, upstream and midstream acquisitions and divestitures, and investments in oil services and mining companies.
