Martin Love is an Associate in our Human Resources Practice Group based in Edinburgh. Martin advises clients on a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious employment issues including unfair dismissal, redundancy, discrimination, TUPE and restrictive covenants.
Martin regularly provides HR support to our employer clients and has extensive experience in the drafting and advising of Settlement Agreements as well as employment contractual and policy documentation. He also regularly represents clients in the employment tribunal.
Recent experience includes: advising global businesses in the Consumer, Hospitality and Industrial Engineering sectors on the Scottish aspects of tied accommodation, contingent labour and tribunal litigation.
