Shirley is a partner in our Human Resources Practice Group and is Newcastle Office Senior Partner. She advises on all aspects of employment law with particular emphasis on complex matters involving the transfer of undertakings and discrimination issues. Shirley has particular expertise in relation to gender pay and equal pay issues and leads internationally for the Practice Group on these areas. Shirley is currently conducting major multiple Claimant equal pay litigation for retail sector clients and regularly undertakes equal pay audits and provides advice to clients who are required to produce mandatory gender pay gap reports.
