Jane Southworth is a partner in our EHS team and is head of environment. She advises on all aspects of non- contentious environmental work having particular experience of assessing environmental risks in the context of mergers and acquisitions and in the context of the acquisition, development and sale of land.

Jane has considerable experience advising clients in sectors ranging from chemicals and heavy industry through to retail and technology in relation to producer responsibility obligations for example in relation to WEEE, ROHS, packaging waste and compliance with REACH, including in the context of BREXIT.
