Andrew is a senior associate in our CCPG group. He specialises in contentious insolvency, including forensic/fraud investigations and asset tracing, bankruptcy, liquidations and partnership insolvencies, as well as working on personal guarantee enforcement, LPA and PPI matters.
He also regularly works with other offices in various foreign jurisdictions in relation to the disposal of foreign assets within insolvency proceedings.
Andrew also advises financial services clients/office holders on dealing with PPI claims within the context of formal insolvencies.
