Preston Miller is a nationally recognized Antitrust and Competition Law partner at Simpson Thacher. Preston has extensive experience obtaining regulatory clearances from domestic and international competition authorities for high-profile, often cross-border, transactions across a wide variety of industries. He has also litigated and won merger cases against both the DOJ and FTC, including some of the most significant merger decisions of the last decade (UHG/Change Healthcare and Tempur Sealy/Mattress Firm).
